CAPOEIRA ANGOLA CLASSES IN DEVON
Our students come from all ages and backgrounds and are attracted to Capoeira from all walks of life and for many reasons- dance, exercise & fitness, fun & laughter, martial arts, music & song, relaxation and socializing.
Capoeira is a physically demanding activity but, when practiced respectfully, under the proper guidance, is an exciting, creative and revitalizing experience. Our sessions concentrate on both the musical and physical counterparts of the Art of Capoeira.
All sessions include a warm-up and stretch-down, and may include any of the following- experimentation, flexibility, free expression, paired exercises and stretching.
